博士研究生在读期间，须至少发表1篇ESI检索期刊论文，另外须取得满足以下条件之一的创新性研究成果；全部研究成果应与博士学位论文密切相关。
1、A类创新性成果1项；
2、B类创新性成果2项；
3、B类创新性成果1项和C类创新性成果2项。
A类创新性成果主要包括：本领域顶级国际期刊论文；中科院二区及以上或JCR一区期刊论文；CCF A类会议论文；国家级科研奖励（有证书）；省部级一等奖（有证书）；已产生重大效益的授权发明专利（申请日期为博士在读期间，第1名或第2名（导师第1名））。
B类创新性成果主要包括：中科院三区及以上论文或JCR二区及以上论文；CCF B类会议论文；学部认定的高水平期刊或会议（列表见附件）；相关的国内一级学会顶级期刊论文；省部级二等奖（有证书）；国际/国内授权发明专利2项及以上（申请日期为博士在读期间，第1名或第2名（导师第1名））；参与撰写的高水平专著（撰写字数1万字以上，有署名）；参与制定的国际/国家/行业标准（有署名）；参与撰写并被采纳的国家或省部级咨询报告（有署名）；具有显著经济或社会效益的研究成果（鉴定证书等）。
C类创新性成果主要包括：省部级三等奖（有证书）；参与完成的重大项目结题报告、科技报告、国防报告（有署名）；国际/国内重要科技评测或创新创业大赛一等奖（排名第1）。
为了鼓励博士生潜心从事基础性/原创性研究工作，支持导师通过安排多届博士生在某个前沿领域长期攻关力争取得突破性、颠覆性科研成果，虽然部分博士生在攻读博士学位期间没有取得上述A、B、C类科研成果，但在该领域取得了同行及导师认可的阶段性高水平研究成果，且博士学位论文水平高，经导师推荐和学位分委会讨论认定同意，也可以申请博士学位。
本规定从2020年9月入学的博士生开始执行；在读博士生可自愿参照执行。
